Dear Grace Conference Partners,

We would love for this year's conference to be our largest conference ever—over 400 conferees would be an incredible sight! Conferences provide excitement and momentum for the grace movement, which in turn helps us spread the grace message to more and more people throughout the year. However, to accomplish this momentous task, we need your help! Here is a list of things that you can do to partner with us to make this conference our best ever:

Advertisement cards – About four months before the conference, we will be printing postcard size flyers for you to give out to those that are interested in more information about the conference. Please let us know how many you would like and we will send them to you.

Bulletin Inserts – One effective way to advertise is to have bulletin inserts in church bulletins. Please talk to your Pastor. If he would like us to send him bulletin inserts, we would be more than happy to do so. We would like to do this four months before the conference (early November).

Posters – We will be sending posters to all free grace churches. Yet, not all of these make it up on the bulletin board and even if they do there is no mention of them from the pulpit. You can help us by encouraging your Pastor to display the poster and to make mention of it from the pulpit. (Early November).

Word of mouth – There is no better advertising method than endorsement. Please let your friends know how much the conference has impacted you and how much they would be blessed if they attended as well.

Suggestions – We invite your suggestions. If you have an advertising idea that you think would work, please let us know!
