GESOT offers multiple educational tracks to give our students diverse opportunities. The Pastoral Ministries Track program is a challenging sequence and should prepare one well for pastoral ministry. Individuals in the program will need to be disciplined and self-starters. The Enrichment Track is designed for people who desire a broader understanding of the Bible in order to pursue ministry opportunities in a non-pastoral role. The Church Leadership Training Track is designed to give elders, deacons, Sunday school teachers, and Bible study group leaders a solid theological education that will enhance their effectiveness while they continue to serve in their local ministry setting. The Discipleship Training Track is for growing Christians who desire a deeper theological understanding.
