Program Overview

This program is designed to give elders, deacons, and other church leaders a solid theological education at their own pace without having to leave their homes or jobs. Each course counts as 2 unit hours. Approximately 2-4 hours of study per week is required, divided evenly between reading, viewing or listening, and written assignments.

Note that these courses, while delivering an excellent level of training, are not for credit and no degree is awarded. Upon completion of the program (20 hours), students will be granted a Certificate of Approved Church Leadership at our annual conference. You are free to take one or more courses at a time, noting the time requirements above. The program should be completed within five years.

Professors are chosen for their academic credentials, expertise in the subject, and experience in ministry. The student is encouraged to take advantage of interacting with the professor and other students on the on-line posting board.
